FAQs
Clear answers to common questions about accounts, privacy, payment and delivery.
Is this an official Canva Pro subscription?
You get Canva Pro features through a Canva team invitation sent to your own email. Elvano is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.
Will I get the features included with my access?
Yes. Once you accept the invitation, the Pro features listed in the plan — premium templates, Background Remover, Magic Resize, premium assets and more — are unlocked on your account.
Can I use my existing Canva account and email?
Yes. Share the email you already use with Canva in the form and the invitation is sent there. Your existing designs stay where they are.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon in the order form after clicking "Get Canva Pro now". The discounted amount is shown before you pay.
How do I complete payment?
Pay via UPI using the details in the order form, then upload your payment screenshot in the same form.
When will I receive my invitation?
Within 24 hours of submitting the form — usually much sooner. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Can I use Canva on my phone, tablet and laptop?
Yes. Log in with the same account on the Canva app or website on any device and your Pro access comes with you.
Are my designs and projects private?
Your designs stay in your own account and are not shared with anyone unless you choose to share them.
What if I face an issue or need a refund?
Reach out on WhatsApp support any time. If we can't fix it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
